[Notice] AD Card (Access Permit) Information

What is the AD Card (Access Permit)?
The AD Card grants access to the arena floor (restricted area) where the competition takes place.
Athletes receive it automatically, but coaches and accompanying staff must apply for it.
The application form is not publicly available and has been sent directly to the entry representatives.

Issuance Conditions

• One AD card per athlete.

• Please submit your application via your entry representative before the deadline.

Facilities in the Restricted Area

• Athlete lockers

• Changing rooms

• Warm-up area

• Competition floor (pistes)

Spectating & Photography Rules

• During direct elimination matches, AD holders may sit on the bench, but spectating pool bouts from the arena floor is not allowed.

• The only filming permitted in the restricted area is video recording using a tripod with no person standing at the camera.

• From the spectator stands, both photos and videos may be taken freely.

• Food and drinks are allowed only in spectator areas.

• The spectator stands are freely accessible without an AD Card.
