The 2th Chofu City Fencing Winter Grand Prix will be held on October 25th (hosted by Chofu City Fencing Association and MMNH Sports Co.

Please refer to the tournament guidelines for details, and submit your applications by November 5, consolidated by each club or organization.

For those coming by car, please use Parking Lot 2 (paid) or nearby coin parking.
Parking Lot 1 is not available.

*Note: Over-age entry by junior high school students into the General category is not allowed.

■Application Method

Application Form
– Submit the completed application form by Wednesday, November 5, 2025, as a group (club/team).
– Individual applications are accepted for Chofu residents, workers, or students—use the same form.
– If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 days of submission, please contact us.

– A reply will be sent with the bank account for payment.
– Please transfer the fee under the representative’s name.
– Entry is confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation email.
– Payment Deadline: Monday, November 10, 2025
– No refunds for any reason.

■Equipment Requirements

– Uniforms and plastrons must be 350N or higher
– Female athletes must wear a hard chest protector (padding cover not required)
– Masks can be 350N, but will be visually checked for safety by referees
– Masks without Velcro are acceptable
– Separate cuffs and gloves are permitted
– For safety, 800N plastrons and gloves are recommended

■Weapon Check

– No pre-check; referees will inspect weapons on the piste
– Equipment faults:
– 1st offense: Yellow card
– 2nd and onward: Red card

■Important Notes

– All participants and coaches must independently obtain personal liability and accident
insurance
– The organizers bear no responsibility for any injuries or accidents
– Practicing outside the designated area is prohibited and may result in disqualification

Personal information obtained will be used only for tournament operations.
Photos and videos may be taken by organizers and used for:
– Venue display and announcements
– Posting names and results on the tournament/association websites
– Reports and related documents

■Other Information

– Changing rooms at the venue are available
– Follow instructions at the reception desk for baggage placement
– Only athletes and accompanying coaches may enter the competition area
– Please behave respectfully; the venue is shared with other users
– Keep valuables with you
– No open-top drinks are allowed while moving within the facility
