[Notice] Regarding AD Pass (Accompanying Delegate) Registration

We have sent an email to each team’s entry representative with a link to the AD Pass (Accompanying Delegate Pass) registration form.
This AD Pass is required to enter the competition area (piste zone), but not required for the spectator seating.
Please read the following FAQs for clarification:

🔹 One AD Pass is allowed per athlete (for a coach, parent, or supporter).
🔹 For example, if your team has 10 athletes, you may request up to 10 AD Passes.
🔹 No coaching license or certification is required. Parents or guardians may also apply.
🔹 The form should be submitted once per accompanying person.
However, if submitting many entries is difficult, you may instead send a list (e.g., Excel format) directly to the secretariat by email.
🔹 If your team has one coach for all athletes, you may submit the form just once, using any one athlete’s name and the coach’s name.

Please note: This form is only used for AD pass issuance, not to track which coach is assigned to which athlete.
