【IMPORTANT】Changes to the Venue and Competition Schedule for Saturday, October 24

Due to a misunderstanding regarding the facility reservation schedule with the gymnasium, we have had to make last-minute changes to the venue and competition schedule. We sincerely apologize to all participants for the inconvenience.

■ Event Details

• Date: Saturday, October 24 (no change)
• Venue: Chofu City General Gymnasium – Small Gymnasium
• Registration Opens: 11:30 AM
• Venue Opens: 12:00 PM
• All Matches Expected to Finish By: 8:30 PM

■ Estimated Start Times by Category

• 12:30 PM: Junior High School Boys; Elementary School Grades 1–3 Mixed
• 1:30 PM: General Women’s
• 4:00 PM: Elementary School Grades 4–6 Boys
• 5:00 PM: Elementary School Grades 4–6 Girls
• 6:30 PM: High School & General Men’s; Junior High School Girls

The call time deadline for each category is 30 minutes before its scheduled start time. Start times may change depending on the progress of the competition.

■ Changes to the Competition Format

• High School Men’s and University Men’s categories will be combined into a single category.
• The qualification rate for the direct elimination rounds has been changed to 80%.
• Additional pistes will be made available after 6:00 PM to help the competition proceed more efficiently.

Due to the limited time available at the venue, we kindly ask all participants to complete their warm-ups in advance, preferably at a nearby park or another suitable location outside the facility.

Participants who are unable to attend due to these changes will receive a full refund of their entry fees. Please contact the tournament office to request a refund.
